1. General Policy

PreetiSutra follows a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. A refund or replacement is only considered in cases where the customer receives:

  • A damaged product, or
  • An incorrect product

2. Size Disclaimer (Important)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues.

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Refer to the size chart before placing an order
  • Contact us via WhatsApp for any clarification prior to purchase

Orders placed after this acknowledgment will be treated as final with respect to size selection.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange can be made for:
    • A product of the same value, or
    • A product of higher value (difference payable by the customer), or
    • A product of lower value (remaining amount may be adjusted at our discretion)

4. Return Eligibility Conditions

A return or exchange request will be processed only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return is initiated within the prescribed timeline (if applicable)
  • The product passes Quality Check (QC) upon receipt

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Used, worn, or altered products

6. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via [Email/WhatsApp] with your order details
  2. Clearly state the reason for return/exchange
  3. Ship the product to our warehouse address as instructed

Important:

  • Customers must self-ship the product
  • We do not provide reverse pickup services
  • Courier charges must be borne by the customer

All return shipments must include the Order ID clearly mentioned on the parcel.


7. Inspection and Processing

  • All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC)
  • Upon approval, the exchange or resolution will be processed

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Store credit / resolution at our discretion

9. Product Representation Disclaimer

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Minor variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to lighting or photography

Accessories shown in images (e.g., tassels, jewelry, bags) are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.


10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
