PreetiSutra currently ships across India only.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, unless stated otherwise.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from confirmation of payment
  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 8 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on:
    • Customer location
    • Courier partner operations
    • External factors beyond our control

4. Shipping Partners

Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners.
Once shipped, the responsibility of transit lies with the respective courier partner.


5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details

6. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Operational disruptions
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

Such delays are beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.


7. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit, or
  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
Resolution (replacement or other support) will be provided at our discretion, subject to verification.


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may require:
    • Additional shipping charges for re-dispatch

9. Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product.
